In December 2011, PATH Parent to Parent/Family Voices of CT was named as a member of Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman's Office of Health Reform & Innovation's Consumer Advisory Board. The Office of Health reform & Innovation was started in July 2011 pursuant to legislation that was passed shortly beforehand.
This Consumer Advisory Board will work hand and hand with the Lt. Governor's Health Cabinet and Health Insurance Exchange Board. Together they will advise the Lt. Governor in efforts to coordinate Connecticut’s meaningful and proactive statewide approach to federal health reform.  PATH/FVCT will serve as a voice for CT families of children and youth with special health care needs.
The Consumer Advisory Board is currently seeking consumer, parents/caregivers who would like to share their positive or negative stories about access to healthcare and health care services in CT. If interested, please email Nanfi Lubogo at: nanfi@aol.com
Once selected you will be invited to share a 10 minute testimonial before the Consumer Advisory Board at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford.
